Baltimore is a city of firsts: the first snowball stand, the first railroad,
the first successful sit-in, the first duckpin bowling alley. So many more firsts.
And yet, the first impression among outsiders is The Wire.

So, when the nice folks from Spark sought me out to help write
these spots, I jumped on the opp to tell Balto’s story.

These aren’t million $$$ TV spots, but they do a fine job of altering the stereotypes.

I’m proud I got to rep my city—and contribute to the you won’t get it ’til you get here campaign.
