Thousands of letters addressed to Santa arrive each year at the Post Office.
 USPS Operation Santa has been inviting people to adopt and respond to them since 1912.
Yep, for the last 108 years.

Due to the pandemic, we built an extensive web and mobile experience that digitized letters and allowed users (and groups) to ship anonymous gifts. The letter adoption effort went digital nationwide with 100% letters adopted and gifts delivered.

I handled the copy for the 2020 site, emails, print ads, social posts and an 80-page brand book.

USPS Operation Santa was honored by Webby Awards 2021 in two categories.
